3. Order/Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Fees for services will be communicated prior to ordering and are subject to applicable taxes or additional charges.
  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made using approved methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation policies are in our FAQ section. Fees may apply for cancellations made after specified deadlines.
  • Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders affected by pricing errors, product availability issues, shipping constraints, or concerns identified during order review. In the event of a cancellation after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

4. SMS Communications and Opt-Out

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding our services and other relevant information.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a message sent to you. After sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscription via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us.
  • Service-Related Messages: Even after opting out of promotional communications, we may send essential, service-related messages necessary for account administration or to respond to service requests.
  • Re-Enrollment: To rejoin, sign up again or reply "START" to our messages, and we will resume SMS communications.
